Description
On reply any mail compose page, Quoted message remove & edit button blocks text behind it. This MR move the text views below the button instead of behind the buttons, so that these buttons would not block any text's visibility.

Test environment
Download apk from https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/apps/mail/-/jobs/252393/artifacts/file/app/k9mail/build/outputs/apk/debug/k9mail-debug.apk & install in your device. You should find new mail in your device's homepage.
Test procedures
Open any mail from the inbox. Click the reply button, it will open the compose new reply mail page. check the quoted message section. If the section is not visible, click Include quoted message button. Check any text is not hidden for the quote message remove & edit buttons.
