3787-Block_duplicate_recipient_entry_from_compose_page

Description

In new mail compose page, if any recipient is already selected in the recipient field (to/cc/bcc) it should not popup next time typing.

Test environment

Do gradle build against 3787-Block_duplicate_recipient_entry_from_compose_page branch.

Test procedures

• Insert multiple contacts from the Contacts app with emails. for example:
  contact: Test, email: test@e.email

• Open Mail app; select compose option, which will open compose new mail page.

• start typing in the selected contacts name/email in the recipient filed. Contact selection pop up should show. Select the contact.

• Again start typing the name/email. Contact should not be present in the pop up list.
