Update to the upstream version 6.703

Technical details
Requires java17 to build, but our current latest docker image contains java11. For this reason, use a custom docker-image tag 1263-Add_java_17_support. Should revert back to the latest tag in .gitlab-ci.yaml after docker-android-apps-cicd!7 (closed) get merged.
Tests
