Issue 844: Change the default swipe options

Change default swipe options.

Technical details
This change will only reflect in new /e/ OS installs, or if the user clears the data of the mail app.
This is because the defaults are immediately written to the preferences file on the app startup. Hence previous defaults (Left swipe: toggle selection, Right swipe: mark as read/unread) are already written and there is no way to know if it was written by the app on its own, or set by the user.
