Mail: Use inferredMimeType first for attachments
Description
'Open with' apps were different when opening same extension file in mail app.

Technical details
Use extension from filename to determine mimetype to sent for an intent.
Tests
- Install outlook and x-plore from app lounge.
- Send a mail to any email with attachment with invite.ics in /e/ Mail.
- Forward the mail back to sender from receiver.
- Open that forwarded mail in sender and try opening invite.ics and noname.ics.
- Make sure 'Open with' apps are same for both files.
