This MR updates the folder poll default frequency to 5 mins.

Tests

  1. Launch the Mail app with an account configured
  2. swipe left-to-right to open up the drawer menu
  3. navigate into Settings on the bottom-left > email account > Fetching mail
  4. Check the setting Folder poll frequency. It should set to 5 mins by default
