5687-Save_message_as_simpleMessage_when_openPgp_is_not_ready

Description

OpenPGP message builder blocks message build when OpenPGP is not in ready status. In this case, we want users to send & save mail as drafts as simple mail. This MR enables this feature.

Test environment

Download apk from the pipeline & install it on your device.

Test procedures

• Configure end-to-end encryption for the configured mail account
• Compose a mail and put akjhklajhkajsfhklasjdhf in the To address
• Leave Subject empty
• Put akjhklajhkajsfhklasjdhf in message text
• Tap on the back button
• Tap Cancel in the popup menu, to check message is saved as a draft or not.
