This MR enables showImages in details view by default (for new & already setup accounts).

Test procedures

Open /e/OS Mail, open any mail with images. Check image is showing by default.

Technical details

Needed another preference (isShowPictureOptionLoadedCorrectly) to track already setup accounts.
