5356-fix_mail_sync_issue

Description

google account sync failed by time-to-time. The most probable cause is oAuth2 token for google accounts can be refreshed from both /e/OS Mail & /e/OS Account Manager. This MR remove the token refresh task from /e/OS Mail,

Although the sync issue regeneration is tricky part, & we need to find & resolve the actual root cause yet; this MR should help to optimize the cause.

Test procedures

Setup google account from /e/OS Account Manager. Use /e/OS Mail app for brief amount of time (1-2 days). Check if you receive authentication failed notification from /e/OS Mail app for your google account
