298-Chip_color_is_not_in_accent_color_issue

Accourding to mock-up, accountChip color for all accounts should be in
/e/ accent color. But for app update, the prefernce is not updated to
the accentColor. This commit ignores the preference chipColor &
forcefully use accentColor as K9Drawer selectedColor
