Add n8000.xml and change path for n8010 to smdk4412

Add n8000.xml and change path for n8010 to smdk4412, because all exynos4 devices will use these repos.

• Rename https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/devices/n8010 to https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/devices/smdk4412
• Push contents of the private branch to 3300-pie-add_n8000

Set build repo CI branch to 3300-pie-add_n8000

• DEVICES: n8010 n8000
• BRANCH_NAME: v1-pie
• FEATURE_BRANCH: 3300-pie-add_n8000
