two: Track Bluetooth and frameworks/av for BT Audio

Required to support our system-side bt audio implementation, i.e.sysbta.

Technical details

These repos are required to be tracked for Murena Two device. As mentioned in description, this would allow sysbta implementation to work which in-turn fixes When media is played while connected to a Bluetooth audio device, the sound comes out of the phone speakers instead of the Bluetooth device.
