Apply MediaProfile change to newly set ImsCallProfile 

In the case that the ImsCallProfile from the ImsService is stale
and does not include the most recent ImsStreamMediaProfile changes,
first apply the new ImsCallProfile and then apply the new media
profile on top of it.
