Fix not to set duplicated CallDirection when generating parcelable ConferenceParticipant 



CallDirection can be set when generating palcelable ConferenceParticipant before setCallDirection
The ConferenceParticipant constructor is already setting the CallDirection value

Test: Incoming / Outgoing conference call via IMS
