Fix remote folder creation when missing for file upload

Description

eDrive must create a remote folder when it is missing in order to upload a file. The error code returned by ecloud for this event is different from the one which was expected. I updated this code to correctly match with it return.

Without this MR, nearly no file where uploaded from device because there was missing subfolder. Now with it, files are uploaded.
