Description
there is a bug in the connectivity Receiver, BroadcastReceiver was working fine but isConnected is always given us false value so at that time we are not able to sync data

Test procedures
turn off wifi or data (go offline) and click Images after that turn on wifi or data and see after 20 seconds on eCloud server is those images sync
