Fix upload for unlimited quota case

Description

Fix upload for unlimited quota case. We want files upload to happen when user has unlimited quota configuration on his self-hosted server.

Make sure we are not in the case where the self hosted servers have unlimited quota set (cf. https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/developer_manual/client_apis/WebDAV/basic.html#supported-properties)
