1239-Disable_widget_resizeMode
Description
The eDrive widget size breaks down in the blissLauncher-3 as the user can put widgets on their home screens. The widget has the wrong size set to it & it is resizable. This MR makes the widget non-resizable & sets the size to 4X2 cells.

- set up the eDrive widget on the home page in blissLauncher-3. Check the widget is taking 4X2 size & it is non resizeable.
