Removal of synchronized file on device, put remote file in the trash

Description

When a synchronized file is removed on the device, it is also remove in the cloud. By "remove in the cloud" it means the remote file is put in the remote trash.

This MR also add a fix that remove any entry in the database for file deleted in previous version.
