From @rhunault : @magpieVince Nico (@nicofonk) share your point of view: it would be great to disable chunkupload, and embed the other fixes for 1.4. So, let's do so! But, kindly make a build and get an approval from QA, before starting the final build.

@AlexRDanzi it probably means:

• create the v1.4-rc.3 to validate everything is ok
• postpone for 1 day v1.4 release.
