add fileFilter for Apps synchronisation. Add a constructor to RootFolder to build subRootFolder, and change ObserverService to use it. Replace ObserverService RootFolder array by a list because from now its size will change, and change related code in other classes. Add initial RootFolder creation code in RootFolderLoader.
