build-community: return all release repo tags

by default, gitlab pagination will only return 20 items. As you never know what
kind of tags the users will build, older tags will fail.

Without a match, the tags-detection breaks, repo init fails, no checkout occurs,
user will fail at the latest at the directory check for 'vendor/lineage',
a misleading error.
