Draft: 1263-Add_java_17_support

Description

Add java17 support. The latest /e/OS Mail app requires java17 to be built (https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/backlog/-/issues/1263#note_386636). This mr updates the Java version.

Technical details

Most other apps may fail to build against java17. Need to test them before merging
