Force ferrostar to use GPS location when available

Description

This propagates the LocationRepository's location fusion logic to the ferrostar location component, which should fix the issue on Romain's device where the chevron is frozen in navigation but location works in the rest of the app.

For avoidance of doubt, the location being frozen is still an OS-level problem, but this MR will apply our mitigation to Ferrostar navigation.
