ci: don't store build artifacts for the `test` job.

Description

The repository storage size is exploding (currently 8.1 GiB) because I keep opening MRs and triggering the test job. This MR changes the test job to only upload test reports and logs. These paths have not been validated. I'll trigger the pipeline then take it out of draft state when things look good.
