Camera: Disable touch sounds for camera shutter

Description

Camera shutter button was playing touch sound effect + shutter sound at the same time. So disabling touch sound effect for that button. Now only the default camera shutter sound is played when taking pictures/video.

Download apk from pipeline.

Test procedures

Test camera shutter sound with touch sounds disabled and enabled in settings-> sound -> touch sounds.
