5664-continuous_burst_mode_not_stopping_issue
Description
When user start & stop burst mode so quickly (long press shutter button, but remove shutter button touch before the focus is completed) that burst-mode doesn't stop. This MR resolve this bug.

Test environment
Download apk from pipeline & install in your device.
Test procedures
- Create a dark environment on your room (it will take time for focus to setup)
- open /e/OS Camera, press & hold the white shutter button, but remove touch when the focusing started
- Check camera start taking images in burst mode, but will stop automatically after 3-5 images, will not continue indefinitely.
