229-Optimize_preview_when_taking_picture

Description

When taking a picture the preview given by the app must match the picture which is going to be taken displaying as less black areas as possible to enjoy better the new UI. This MR resolve this issue.

Test environment

Download apk from https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/camera/-/jobs/291858/artifacts/file/app/build/outputs/apk/debug/app-debug.apk. Install in your device

Test procedures

• Open ~Camera, set settings->preivew settings -> preview size to maximise screen option.
• Go to main page, capture some picture. Check if the previewed image & captured image are the same in size.
• Click flash icon on the topBar, it will open popup menu. Scroll down to find resolution option in the popup menu. You should not able to find the option.
• set WYSIWYG option in the preview size, again open the top popup menu, you should find the resolution option
• Go to settings->photo settings. You should not able to find the resolution settings
