224-Remove_welcome_alert
Description
As discussed in https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/backlog/-/issues/171 the pop-up opening at first launch on Camera has no added value. This MR removes the popup.

Test environment
Download apk from https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/camera/-/jobs/291763/artifacts/file/app/build/outputs/apk/debug/app-debug.apk. Install it in your device.
Test procedures
Open freshly install ~Camera. You should not see the welcome popup dialog.
