201-Add_padding_to_top_bar_icons
Description
TopBar iconButtons are missing proper padding. As a result, buttons are not clickable properly. This MR add 16dp padding to the buttons & update the scaling accordingly

Test environment
Download apk from https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/camera/-/jobs/290590/artifacts/file/app/build/outputs/apk/debug/app-debug.apk. Install in your device.
Test procedures
Open ~Camera app, try to click on the topBar icons. They should be easily clickable.
