169-Fix_popup_view_alignment

Description

Popup view is not aligned perfectly with the top bar. This MR fix this issue

Test environment

Download apk from https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/camera/-/jobs/284818/artifacts/file/app/build/outputs/apk/debug/app-debug.apk. Install apk into your device. Open newly installed camera app.

Test procedures

Open camera app, click flash icon/option icon from the topBar. It will open the popup menu. Check the top alignment of the popup menu not overlapping the topBar.
