Upstream /e/ and Bromite patches for Browser and WebView to 89.0.4389.100
Description
This change upstream the /e/ and Bromite specific patches to 89.0.4389.100. This also changes the target built for chromium as well as fixes some whitespace warnings in Bromite patches.
