App Lounge: storage and internet checking before install
Description
App will show a warning when storage is low or no internet connection during install an app.

Test environment
Gradle build against 4039-check_storage_network branch, install the apk into the device
Test procedures
Press install button when storage is low or no internet is available => check the behavior of the app => matches with the requirements mentioned in the issue.
