Description

This mr tackles multiple areas. And it contains changes from old merge requests tied together with some ui changes. !684 (closed), !691 (closed)

Enables new search screen as default
Adds error screen states when a particular store isn't available or an app doesn't exist in a particular store
Updates no connection ui in xml with newer design
Align search bar and tabs according to figma mockup
Change the toolbar icons tint in whole app to match the latest elib palette
Make the xml and compose button have consistent design and colors. And also make it follow elib palette (except progress indicator in compose rest should be 1:1)
Fix text selection drag handle color and the way it is anchored (needs jetpack BOM update)
Update wording from common apps to Apps
Make the all apps upto date page consistent with other pages
