Remove fetches of privacy ratings for searches and categories

Description

As I could have guessed and as I warned, Exodus Privacy banned us for flooding their public web API. For now and until we get a proper solution, we are removing the requests done in the search feature and in the category listing, and leaving the ones in the application details.

This following MR:

  • removes fetches of privacy ratings in the search feature
  • removes an extra call to Exodus Privacy due to some parental control request
  • fixes a leak of a response body
