fix: fdroid apps not showing in update list

Description

Fixes fdroid app not showing in update list. While updating apps it checks if the app is geologically available or not. But that applies to apps from google play and we don't require it for fdroid app. So a check is added that if an app is a Fdroid app then it doesn't check if its geologically available when checking for updates
