fixed: search with same keyword

Description

Fixed the behavior when user search with same keyword. Now searching with same keyword won't have any impact, as user has already results for this keyword.

Technical details

Previously When user searched with same keyword, it showed shimmer effect forever. It didn't hide. Now the UI state has been fixed.
