Draft: 555 ci playground

Description

This is the MR for the annual goal of creating a dynamic CI script which can be used by our in house apps. Now some learning phase is going on. Trying to understand how CI pipelines and apis provided by gitlab works. After finishing the learning phase, writing the final script will be started which should contain all impotent processes for CI. For example, Lint, running Unit test, building apk, publishing prebuilt app etc.
