Fix same apps appearing on multiple categories

Test environment

Gradle build from branch 705-duplicate_category_apps, install the APK and test.

Test procedures

1. Open the categories tab.
2. Open any category not marked as "Open Source" or "PWA". Let the list show some apps.
3. Press back button on title bar.
4. Open another category not marked as "Open Source" or "PWA".
5. The apps in this category should be different from the previous category.
