App Lounge: fixed flickering in home page
Description
Homepage is flickering due to continuous unnecessary callback from livedata.

Test environment
Gradle build against 505-homepage_flickering branch, install the apk into the device
Test procedures
Go to home page -> minimise the app -> use some other app -> press on the app lounge launcher
