App lounge: UI and logics for blocked app

Description

There are some apps that are unable to be installed by App Lounge. Now users will be able to see appropriate messages/warnings when s/he will go to install these blocked apps.

Test environment

Gradle build against 258-blocked_apps branch,install the apk into the device

Test procedures

Go to Search page -> search Google Chrome -> User should see the expected message and behaviors according to requirements
