App lounge: show install text for purchased app

Showing Install text in install button instead of price if app is purchased

Test environment

Gradle build against 4799-installtext_purchasedapp branch, install the apk into the device

Test procedures

Purchase an app -> Uninstall the app after installation -> retry to install the same app -> check "Install" is showing instead of price in install button
