App Lounge: fixed category icon for different language

Fixed: Categories icons get change upon changing the language from English to French

Test environment
Gradle build against 5375-category_icon_language branch, install the apk into the device
Test procedures
Goto category page -> change the language from settings -> check appropriate icons are showing for categories
Technical details
Category icons are mapped with category titles. When language is changed, title was not matched with icons. Now Ids are used to get the category icons for Gplay categories. Gplay category ids are picked from webUrl.
