Issue 5174: Filter out restricted apps from updates list

Description

Some apps are not updatable because of region restrictions. These apps cannot be updated from Aurora Store and does not show up in Play Store.

Test environment

Gradle build from branch 5174-restricted_apps_update, install the apk and test.

Test procedures

  1. Install the below Skype Lite apk:
    com.skype.m2.apk
  2. Install the built apk of App Lounge.
  3. Go to Updates tab.
  4. Make sure the above Skype Lite app does not appear in the list.
