App Lounge: Translation for Categories and app description

Fixed: Translation of category names and app description. Previously Categories were showing always English.

Gradle build against 5256-translation_appdata branch, install the apk into the device
Test procedures
Technical details
Language header was not added for clean apk apis. Gplay API showed the previous language after changing the language from setting because of the cache of Httpclient. Now cache is cleared and locale of authdata is updated when Locale is changed from settings.
