Apps: Upstream dependencies & reformat gradle file

- Upstream all dependencies to their latest version
- Add missing dependencies for tests implementation
- Drop non-required new lines
- Re-arrange dependencies with proper comments for better readability
- Blacklist running jetifier on bouncycastle as it cannot handle multi-release jars
