remove esms sync pie

Test procedures

build a pie build with 4971-pie-remove-esms feature_branch

check that ESmsSync is not installed in applications list

Settings -> Applications -> see all apps -> 3 dots menu,show system -> look for E Sms Sync

Add an /e/ account,

then on Accounts, your /e/ accounts, Account Sync:

check that ESmsSync is not available as Sync option in /e/ Account settings
