adding maintenance version

Description

We need maintenance version as we have in Q and R to create semantic version numbers like 1.5.1

Tests

Just create a build with

DEVICES: FP3

FEATURE_BRANCH: v1-s-6132-adding-maintenance-version-test

BRANCH_NAME: v1-s

zip artifact should contain 1.5.1 within the name
