Added code to fetch repos from e gitlab

Description

We want to try fetching repos from our gitlab first before falling back to LineageOS github

Test environment

Can be tested on a server having e source

Test procedures

1. Get /e/ source from android
2. Replace the vendor/lineage folder with this one
3. Run source build/envsetup.sh or . build/envsetup.sh
4. lunch/brunch <devicename>

Examples:

lunch lineage_avicii-user

brunch avicii
