Using information from operators sites.

* Rebranding UMC -> MTS -> Vodafone
* Rebranding life -> lifecell
* Rebranding Utel -> TriMob
* Brand merging Jeans -> MTS (Vodafone)
* Brand merging Beeline -> Kyivstar
* Brand merging Ace_Base -> Kyivstar
* Cleanup unused apns
